About the Artist

Tranquil vibrations, I’m Angel the creative spirit and owner of House of Medusa. I live and operate in Atlanta but, I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama were I grew up watching the jazzy women of my family craft jewelry, make home decor items, and sew entire wardrobes. I inspired to be like them at an early age ( jazzy, elegant, and victorious) and I felt in my heart that one day I would share my visions and their legacies with the world. Well, that day is now and I pay Homage to the Ancestral women of my family Alberta Sealie “The matriarch” ,  Edna “Faye” Butler, and Jan Rena Tyner. 

I also honor the ones still here with me, still making jewelry and knitting my Aunt Pam S. and my mother Sabrina H. who taught me how to cook my ass off.. lol! These women are the collective blue prints of the woman I am today and the spiritual force behind my creative designs.
